Perennial plants
Heartbeat
Papaver 'Heartbeat' is a graceful perennial with large, silky flowers in deep crimson red with a dark center, making it a striking focal point in late spring and early summer. This Oriental poppy thrives in a sunny location with well-draining, preferably chalky soil. 'Heartbeat' forms a decorative, gray-green leaf rosette that may temporarily disappear after flowering, only to re-emerge in autumn. Perfect for perennial borders or prairie gardens. Height: approximately 60–80 cm. Hardy and highly attractive to bees and other pollinators.
