Cherry Sparkler ®

Pennisetum 'Cherry Sparkler'® is a spectacular variegated ornamental grass with narrow, arching leaves in creamy white, accented with striking pink to cherry-red tones, especially in summer. This tropical-looking plant adds color and texture to borders, pots, and containers on balconies or terraces. In late summer, elegant soft pink flower plumes appear, remaining decorative for an extended period. 'Cherry Sparkler'® thrives in a sunny location with well-draining, nutrient-rich soil. Not fully hardy, so protection or indoor overwintering is recommended. Height: approximately 60–80 cm. A perfect focal point in a summer planting.
